All orders to the UK are postage free. We aim to dispatch online orders placed before 12.00 pm on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank/Public Holidays, on provision that there are no queries with your order, and payment in full has been received. Orders placed after 12.00 pm will be dispatched either the same day or next working day. For all UK orders we use Royal Mail 1st Class Post (next working day delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery within 3 to 5 days), when size and/or weight restrictions apply. Parcels to the Channel Islands will be notified by email costs incurred. For countries outside of the UK we use Royal Mails standard Airmail service, with a restriction of parcel weight being a maximum of 2kg.

Europe & International Customers: Please contact us by emailing email@example.com and we will advise you of the postage costs.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
