Description

Blue Bell Wood is the title of this artwork.  Inspired by a walk in the woods in East Sussex.  It is a multi layered painting of a fantasy forest, shapes of trees are masked out and painted over, then  another layer of trees and again re-painted and so on. When the masking tape is removed the different layers are revealed.

Painted in acrylic on cotton canvas.  Unframed canvas outside edge measures 51 x 41 cm.
